Yeh Mickey I thought they would have taken our offer to fund the project without us owing any debt to any one , keeping it in house had huge upside , unfortunately they have other ideas ..the truth as i see it is they do not want share holders to have any benefit from this project what so ever ...even under their current plan which i believe will fail ,their would be minimal if any return at all.....to finance this deal will result in massive share dilution on interest payments alone....this company in my opinion is allowed to get away with Misrepresentation , how could they ever pretend to represent the share holder Value. they actually make me sick in the guts. none have any real mining experience in my opinion. cheers
