I do also agree it seems like a free kick for directors and that really they should have bundled up some sort of options offering for long term holders as there has been significant risk now for some time in investing in this company without a lot of share price movement.
Being glass half full could this also be considered a way to ensure that it locks in the key personnel long term to ensure this thing is a success? The risk of one of them being poached may be what they are protecting against. With a significant pay day down the track they won't be moving anywhere.
I would hope that some big announcements are any day now given previous time frames provided to us and the next 6 months is where this gets very interesting for all of us.
