Have they advised you @butz of your allocation. Appears holders who participated will receive around 50% of what they applied for.
Although not allocated maybe some will sell or have sold from existing holding to pick up a bonus and replace it with new shares when issued. I did not participate.
Unsure what else would see sp decline.
