That’s a bit out of the ordinary ! have you checked your share balance to see how many shares you were allocated compared to the transferred funds.? I would contact the registry by phone. They will be able to look up your share balance to see how many you should have been allocated.... you may need to provide the proof of the fund transfer. Bit of a bu**er !!
