I don't think the issue is the scale back itself, rather the fact that even if you take up your full SPP allocation you will be diluted in the overall raising! BRG raised 4.7% of the shares on issue, realistically once the Lew holding was out of play intos would be getting something towards 10% of existing holding, while retail holders are offered 3.5%.
