Every scaleback to date has been based fully on the number of shares held when the raising was announced. The 18% figure will vary depending on how much you personally applied for. It is irrelevant in terms of calculating dilution and what % of your current holding you will get. Best guess at the moment is around 4% of your holding on the census date. No wonder management snuck this announcement in at the end of the day!

Hi Andy,

NSR is the only recent SPP which they announced would be based on the amount applied for, rather than holding at record date. However, in the end the upsized the SPP and took every dollar so it didn’t matter much.
