The 50% scale back is not bad news. When the cap raising was announced the SP pushed up over 4.20 so there was plenty
of opportunity to lighten and apply for the full $30,000. You can buy the other 50% on market this morning in the low 3.90's.
So retail shareholders have not been shafted (I'm one of them) at all. This was a nice opportunity to either top up your holding at
a great price or make a tidy profit and maintain your holding.
