I think they got distracted focusing on the HPM without ensuring their core operation was profitable. Had they not mucked around with an inefficient processing plant, invested in the right equipment and gone live in more favourable market conditions it would have been a much better result. Shipping ore at a loss for way too long. The company is basically stuffed now.
