They probably knew that when the logwasher broke down. A few of us former shareholders suggested they needed a DMS but nothing happened. I doubt if they can efficiently execute any of the current plans for Stage 2 and the Mn sulphate plant.
Remember when they put out the bullish media release to announce achieving one day of design throughput, but never mentioned the grade. It continued to underperform and lose money. I will not be surprised to see a DMS in the "new" process.
