wasn't very hard to predict. They could have easily raised the $5m in a placement as it was trading at 31c the day before the announcement but there aren't many smarts in this company.
but hey, at least Damo77 and the 9 people (with 2 great analysis?!) who disagreed with my statement that the share price "will linger below 27c for the next month and they will raise nothing" got their chance to participate in the SPP!!! yippee.
now the company will probably have to grovel to Acuity or Euroz to raise money at an even lower price which means more dilution than before.
