The Juniors are failing to raise money left right centre. Acuity or Euroz may not fare much better or they may have already rejected any involvement thus company had to go it alone. It is not like Aussie retail holders are flushed with fool's cash these days.
Companies that have a track record of poor performance should be left to die. Then maybe out of the funeral the asset can be put to better use, rather than as an excuse to extract salary funds from shareholders. Just let it go.
