People go way over the top bleating "disgusting" etc at the drop of a hat, but the reality is that for most this CR is a choice, to add or not to add, their choice and the future will determine whether they got it right. For a few larger holders if they want to proportionally participate then they might have to pay a little bit more on market, or not. But imho they are big enough to look after themselves and many of them will no doubt to directors or associates.

Who else could lose through no choice of their own? Well traders who chased and bought on last weeks highs, but then surely they know and understand the game. Well you can't expect management to behave purely for the benefit of a miniscle number of these, who won't even be there next time they blink.

Good well timed move by the company imho. Hope they get the cash sought.
