Best read some @ozblue posts on CZI threads - as he says, if the JV partner is gonna pump in $36M, then SP is way under-valued @ 5c, & should be closer to 16c. I agree, & can't see it sitting @ 5c for long now drilling is starting again - one good hit & it will skyrocket - so get 'em while they're cheap, but there's no way anyone can predict timing sorry!

Also, remember, we're sitting on $15 ->$20B of Ni & Cu @ current prices (gross value), so once mining starts, CZI has got to be worth a whole lot more , depending upon cost of production, Pd,Pt offsets & etc
