    I was querying the phrase that CZI is "pretty much guaranteed"... and that means I shouldn't be in the market?

    The only thing "guaranteed" is that the price in the future, will be different from the price today.

    Usual market behaviour indicates this should drift to 4.5c on placement profit taking.
