ALI are only interested in issuing shares. They never showed much interest in buying shares back, just like to talk about it. Even when the shares spent years near a 20% discount they hardly bought back any. I can't see that attitude from the board ever changing. This was another poorly timed SPP as soon as the shares spend a few seconds near the NTA. Doubt many will have taken up the offer.
