spp price of $2.28 isnt much of a discount...infact the the share price will probably be much lower than that by the 14th of october....so it will just be the average of the share price between the 8th of oct and the 14th of oct...so no discount at all...why not reward share holdholdes with a 10% discount of the share price on the 14th.
