You only get one free 6 cent option for every 2 shares purchased at 0.048 cents,so for holders just to break even your free options would need to trade at 0.016 cents while the heads are trading at 0.04 cents.
I would think the new options would trade at no more than 0.012 cents and maybe no higher than 1 cent while the heads are 0.04 cents.I could be wrong but paticipating in the rights issue is to much of a gamble on expectations of a free option trading at a value of 0.016 cents or higher imo.
