Last annual report says MD was paid $380,000. Add the 30,000,000 "performance" shares and his annual total remuneration, and drain on the company, is over $600,000, more than 10% of total revenue. Did he use any of this to buy shares himself? Seems he doesn't want to contribute additional funds to an unprofitable company@Ricmond88
