I am not sure, and could well be barking up the wrong tree.. BUT. What is this money for???
With so much money being thrown around for hydrogen projects and development of carbon neutral or even carbon negative tech, what if Hazer needed the cash to further their position in a study..
I.e.. that’s great that you have this tech, but we don’t want to fund the whole project. We will partner with you.. how will you find your half.. 14mil, seems like a good number for half a project.. imho..
