Unfortunately the answer to that is, we don't know. All I know is everything in regards to the permit has been agreed upon and no observations were made upon the second annendum, with the application back in the hands of the mining department waiting to be signed off by the minister. As frank said in an earlier post the parliament has finished its current sitting and have left for 'leave', and we are waiting for the hon. minister to come back and sign off, hopefully this week, prior to the closing of the spp.
Both Bassari and its partner are putting vast efforts in to get this signed off ASAP. Very frustrating to say the least.
