AJM have just raised A$22.4 million from major shareholder Ningbo Shanshan Co. Ltd (“Shanshan”) (subject to approval of course).
Given that there is common directorship / shareholding between both companies I would hazard a guess that AJM may make up any shortfall on the CR with maybe a convertible note. My opinion only.
