"The Company is offering eligible shareholders the opportunity to apply under the SPP for up to $30,000
worth of New Shares at an issue price of $0.032 (3.2 cents) per Share (Issue Price). Eligible Shareholders
are also entitled to apply for one (1) free attaching option (Option) for every two (2) New Shares
subscribed for under the SPP via the SPP Option Offer. The Options will be exercisable at $0.064 (6.4
cents) and will expire three (3) years after the date of issue. The Company will not apply for the Options
to be quoted on ASX."
SP 2.8 cents today so no incentive for someone like me to apply for the SPP. SP will probably go lower so I would rather keep power dry and try to DCA later.
Free options with strike price of 6.4 cents expiring in 3 years! At least an indication that the board thinks the SP will double in 3 years!
