forgive my rose coloured glasses but I actually see it as the opposite.
I don't believe they need our funds but they do want to make it fair. The directors got an ASX waiver in order to participate.
They obviously have information that would deem this necessary:
It sounds to me like they have information that the ASX won't allow them to release.
Maybe the EV development partner doesn't wish to be named? and as there would probably be no $ involved, the ASX has once again stopped us from releasing.
