It sounds to me like they have information that the ASX won't allow them to release.
Maybe the EV development partner doesn't wish to be named? and as there would probably be no $ involved, the ASX has once again stopped us from releasing.

Exactly the opposite imo, they had to convince the ASX that they had NO MORE information than their shareholders, so should be able to participate.
