This would only be as you say, if Anteotech were withholding that information (for a pump) - and then maybe you should take those concerns to ASIC. I'm pretty sure Anteotech have the paper trail to confirm the release of material information was performed in a timely manner.

Remember, ADO raised sufficient fundas form Institutions & SIs, and the SPP was to allow retail holders the opportunity to participate on the same terms.
