The benefit my friend, is to be able to raise serious capital with financiers.
And to be taken seriously in the market. And future partners. Those things go together.
IF however the technology is seriously unique this rule doesn't apply as much.
That's a big question though isn't it?
But ADO has taken the low road of issuing massive amounts of shares, at cheap and cheaper levels.
At some point even the faithful lose interest.
