    The SPP closed yesterday. Other than the appointment of a new CEO there was no new information encouraging existing holders to invest further.
    I expect the CEO appointment was to appease substantial holders on the register who had lost confidence in the executive management team.
    I would not be surprised to see this fall over in the next day or so and perhaps get recast as a rights issue.
