Ah....One of my pet HATES!
Companies that offer participation ONLY if you can stump up a minimum of $2500.
That's a lot of money for some people! What if someone only has $500 or $1000 and want to participate...... well screw you poor people is the attitude I hear.

Sure there's a higher administrative cost but do you want the SPP to be open to all shareholders from all walks of life, or only those wealthy enough to participate.
Typical of people on big salaries imo.
