If you believe we are being deceived you, as a professional in the field, should report it otherwise you are disregarding your professional duty. Legal or otherwise you have a duty to report what you clearly believe is the defrauding of shareholders. You should also report the auditors who sign a statement that the accounts are a true and fair view etc etc.
