But does not include franking credits. Plus the Sophs placement - the company has to pay brokers commission to raise funds. Plus the fact is that the compsny just trashed the share price back to the NTA. These nice managers just increased their income on the fund by 15% if they raised 15% and shareholders paid all the costs of doing that and gave up a portion of franking credits which have to service the extra shares.
