The larger existing shareholders at record date who applied could do ok as allocation proportional to holding. At some yet unknown level they could well get most or all they applied for. The instos involved in the CR would probably have a veto on any increase in the $5m cap for retail shareholders as that would dilute them, even if SKO would like to keep the money.
