    SPP's don't deliver "new capital" - they only deliver "additional capital". "New capital" comes from outside the current shareholder base. In this case I reckon it will only be "limited additional capital". I agree that the "very conceptual" LS and P are very pretty pictures. I suppose we just have to wait and see what the shareholders think of them!?!
