The SPP application form, under the paying by Bpay option, says "By paying by Bpay®, you will be deemed to have completed an Application Form for the value of SPP Shares the subject of your payment." IE ...a $30,000 payment is automatically deemed to have paid for 300,000 shares. I agree, "the subject of your payment" might have been conveyed in more easily interpreted verse.
And I can confirm that you need to add the "X" in front of your holder number. My Commsec holder number didn't work until I added the X in front of it.
