In your opinion, in deciding whether to scale us back and by how much, will they be more likely, less likely or not influenced at all by what the SP does between now and when they come to make those decisions. For argument's sake, let's say the SP hits 15c (and I'm not saying that's even on the cards, it's just an example), are they really going to give us the full allocation, let alone increase the SPP allocation? My gut instinct says no. What say you?
