I’ve had a few SPPs the past 12 months. It’s standard to make the payment into a company or third party bank account and not get confirmation (other than seeing the money go out of your bank account). Then, after the SPP is complete, any shares you don’t get allocated if there is a scale back, gets transferred back into your bank account and you’ll also get paperwork to confirm what shares you were allocated. All standard practice and never had an issue, Hope that helps those asking.
