Retail holders were totally excluded from the Dec 2024 cap raise (at 5c with a generous 1 for 2 free attaching 3yr [very generous] option exercisable at 10c) of which they have only issued the options in April (ticker of WA8O). So at the very least I see a moral obligation to acknowledge existing retail SHs via the acceptance of over subscriptions for this current 10c SPP raise, as this SPP has also been preceded with a very large SI/PI raise component that also excluded existing retailers. The more retail overs they accept (hopefully all of them) the more weight and trust is given to AB and her word on wanting to drill Riccardo out as fast as possible...... time will tell.
