Best thing they could do is cancel the SPP and do a 1:2 rights issue at $0.035 inc a free option (essentially forcing shareholders to commit or be diluted heavily). Then maybe management don't want to stump up more cash...
I don't know the history of the debt facility but that has been there for way too long and should have been dealt with by now. Hope there's not a market cap covenant on the debt?
