They have needed to find a "strategic" investor for a long time and it amazes me they couldn't find someone in a market so keen on anything green/ESG. A placement would have been easy to get away but no they stuff it up spectacularly
They had an opportunity before last placement when they had momentum but appear to have sat on their hands ever since.
Announcements have mostly been options on sites and bulls**t promises with few deliverables.
Hope they're looking hard in the mirror
