As long time share holder jess64 is right this very experienced new management loaded themselves up with exorbitante wages pay packages only thinking on themselves and are raising too much money when share is very low diluting it the long term holders have no chance to recover their money this a life style company where the management pay themselves big time in sustain a luxuary life style and send their kids to private schools pay the golf fees travel in business class etc
