sorry but if the board resigns because the resolutions fail to pass then not only I lose but you lose too as well as every other shareholder
can you tell me what is to gain if all resolutions fail. what happens after that. what are the sequence of events that benefit shareholders under that scenario
it's an important question to answer before voting no
