Yes, but it could also be that if they return money in good faith as per their initial plan, keeping their aim to the $ amount as stated, if later they need to further raise funds then it will sit well with retail investors. They don’t look so greedy and it looks more like it is genuinely needed to fund their projects and not lifestyle. Just IMO.
