Depends on how important the extra $10m was for NTC to execute its forward plans. It would have to have some impact, but perhaps not immediately. If there was a zero take up of this offer by current shareholders the dilution would reduce from approximately 15% to 12.5%. In hindsight the $50m placement at $2.95 was a good deal for NTC.
