Sort of expecting this when they said they hadn't received their rebate yet.
Could most likely put the unforseen costs down to consultant and or engineers missing details.
Would be more enticing if there were options attached to it as well, not just a cheap price with 12% discount that is more than likely to drop below that on an open market anyway.
