Say there are 4000 eligible retail holders.

Say 3000 are active investors and take a keen interest. Say 50% of these people have $15k to throw at it and actually decide to, and the other 50% have $5k to throw at it and actually decide to.

(1500 x $15000) + (1500 x $5000) = $30m wrestling for $5m.

Looks like a 6:1 scaleback.

For those who put in $15000, an allotment of $2500 is most likely if nothing changes.

But here's hoping they do see how oversubbed this was, and double the amount available to $10m. Then we at least get a decent sized allocation!
