The company has managed to sell 8-10MW/year (actual) over the last couple of years. They should be upto 35-40MW total across all facilities now. It's not realistic that they'll do 120MW in 18 months unfortunately. Not to mention they wouldn't be able to build out the infrastructure in that time.
To put this into perspective the last couple of years they have increased revenue by $30-32M/year. Last year was ~$118M in Full Year Revenue (FY17), this year's guidance is $152M-158M. 120MW is more like ~$480M/Yr in revenue.
Need to be careful extrapolating statements made in a video. Follow the numbers & underlying trends.
M2 & B2 were opened with only a single data hall and minimum electrical configuration.
M2 only had 300kW (0.3MW) "contracted" not actually "utilised" in the FY18 H1 report.
So no indication to me of a major step change in signings.
NextDC provide figures for "Contracted" utilisation & will update the market with any major new signings.
