Did you receive an offer (by snail mail or email)? This will have your application number and directions on how to participate. Having a brief look at your fund, it appears Australian Super is investing on your behalf, so they may have received an offer on your behalf as a Custodian (have a look at eligibility in the SPP booklet). I would contact them and ask and/or you could contact NXT using the SPP booklet to ask.
