    the $2m or 3.38m shares is immaterial from a dilution perspective (0.62% of shares currently on issue), although the additional funding (in conjunction with $25m prevIously raised) would be significant in helping LVT achieve their strategic initiatives and resulting growth. looking forward to some good announcements supported by the funding raised. onwards and upwards!
