Given the recent form of other emerging producers BLK, DCN and GCY, I think its quite prudent to take your time and get it right the first time, rather then leap in and everything go pear shaped because of a failure in due diligence.
With the recent events in the junior gold sector I think it makes more sense to sell your asset to a established producer rather then go it alone, too much risk for investors.
