    Yep. I also do not like SPP's. Waste time. Waste money. Inequitable etc etc.

    Rights issues are even more expensive and time consuming.
    In a spec stock I'm always happy for the company to raise to good funds, and ok with the discount.
    Sophies, not so much, as they often just take their 10% immediately and move on.
