Interested to hear others thoughts and views as to likelihood of the SPP being over subscribed.

    $30k x 334 participants = $10,000,000

    scenarios pros and cons.

    1. cash out up to $30K prior to the SPP cut off date for reinvestment. Sell over the set price of $.205 with the aim to buy back in at $.205. Sounds like money for jam?
risk - not being able to fully capitalise or reinvest the 30k due to SPP being oversubscribed.

    2. Sell out $30k to reinvest and risk the SPP further increasing before the SPP cut off day. Possible that some material deals will be announced before the SPP cut off date

    3. Average out between now and the SPP cut off date. Sell in up to 4 x $7500 increments. Again risk the SPP being oversubscribed.

Tax implications will also play a crucial roll in the SPP take up...

Unless there is good news via the way of material announcements, can't see any catalyst that will move share price up until the SPP deal goes through.

12 month ESCROW will also put pressure on SP with millions of .20c chips on the table.
